We therefore adhere to and if possible exceed all of the current and proposed legislation. The conditions below do not affect your statutory rights according to United Kingdom law.
Product Ordering
No order is binding upon L’Elephant Blanc Ltd until accepted by us. L’Elephant Blanc will make all reasonable efforts to supply the goods ordered by the customer (whether to the customer directly or to the recipient requested by the customer) within the delivery time indicated at the time of order. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any goods ordered are suitable for the customer's purposes and meet the customer's requirements. As the goods are tailored to the specific requirements of the customer, no cancellation or changes may be requested or refunds can be made once the order has been placed. Product and packaging are subject to change or substitution without prior notice. Orders take up to 14 days to process, if you need products please call us.
Payment
All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch. Please ensure that the details you enter are correct. We can accept no responsibility if any order is held up as a result of incorrect payment details being given. All prices quoted include VAT at 17.5%. If you are eligible to reclaim this sales tax we can supply you with a VAT receipt on request.
UK Orders & Returns
All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class postage and this service should normally achieve delivery the day following that of dispatch (excluding Sundays) and all require a signiture Delivery will be made to the address as you enter it and we cannot accept any responsibility for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. We regret that if your order is returned to us by the postal services of the UK or an because they were unable to deliver for any of the following reasons, then we will not be able to issue a refund, although we will be happy to resend the item once we have received confirmation of the recipient name and address. There will be an additional charge for re-posting and packing prior to re-dispatch.
1. Package not called for
2. Addressee gone away /Addressee unknown
3. Address incorrect (including postcode) /Address incomplete
4. Item refused /No answer
We will make every effort to contact our customer by email to obtain confirmation of the appropriate details, but in the event that we cannot contact the customer or the customer refuses to provide confirmation of recipient details or refuses to provide payment for re-postage charges, after a period of six months from order creation date the order will be judged to have been completed in full and the returned bars destroyed.
L’Elephant Blanc Images and Text
It is important that the customer obtains the permission of the owner of the copyright (and any other intellectual property rights anywhere in the world) for any wording or images before submitting them to L’Elephant Blanc. By submitting wording or images the customer is permitting L’Elephant Blanc to use them in connection with the customer's order. L’Elephant Blanc reserves the right to refuse to use any wording or images supplied by a customer where, in L’Elephant Blanc’s opinion, to do so would be illegal, immoral, in poor taste or would infringe the intellectual property rights of any person in any part of the world.
Where L’Elephant Blanc does use any wording or images provided by the customer then this shall be at the customer's risk. L’Elephant Blanc shall not be responsible for any loss, claim, cost or damage incurred by the customer (or any recipient of the goods) as a result of the inclusion of any wording or image on the goods at the request of the customer. In addition, the customer will indemnify L’Elephant Blanc against all and any loss, claim, cost or damage incurred by L’Elephant Blanc as a result of any wording or image on the goods at the request of the customer.
Colour print Variations and Quality
Customers should be aware that L’Elephant Blanc are unable to guarantee exact colour matching of any image submitted to them. The printing process is carried out using ink-jet print technology and accurate reproduction is limited to what can be achieved using this process. We take great care to ensure that your L’Elephant Blanc gift is dispatched in perfect condition. However if you are in any way unhappy with the gift on arrival you can:
1. Return the package to us in its original packaging to L’Elephant Blanc Ltd. 2 Lacon Court. Childe Road, Cleobury Mortimer, Kidderminster DY14 8PB and will refund your monies excluding post and packaging costs
